All clues point to Florida

I've been collating a lot of information over the last few weeks and have a suspicion about a highly probable next major attack. First off, attacking bridges just aint their style. not enough financial impact in that. At least not at the Stock market level. Now if you want to know what they like, they like to short stock and destroy S&P businesses. We still don't have an answer to stock manipulation on the short side. It's not really that manageable. Too many outlets to cash out.

The Al Queda are sophisticated in their theory of how to destroy America and it involves destroying America's economic base. They like to watch the stock market lose value, one sector at a time. My guess as the likely target factoring everything I have read and heard is this:

Involving Southern Florida --> check

Involving multiple aircraft (one is bound to get through air defense) --> check

Involving aricraft bought in the bahamas (not traceable like US sales and there have been missing aircraft) --> check

Involving tanker truck or hazmat --> check

Involving spent plutonium --> check

Involving a heavily traded S&P stock -->check

Involving Bert and Ernie connection --> check (yes it isn't a direct connection but if it was, we would be on defcon 5 for the area I am thinking of). Think kids check

I hope our government is patrolling the atlantic skies off southern florida in a huge way. I also hope they are protecting Disneyworld. I could see 3 or 4 small planes and a couple of trucks causing a pretty big ash cloud with plutonium mixed it. Imagine the psychological damage caused by making Disneyworld uninhabitable for about 10 years.

Not the mention the sackful of short money they would make out with. These monsters want to use our systems against us.

Again, how do you account for your statement that plural planes are missing? You want to drive home your theory--yet you haven't proven a critical premise.

Your correct. Only one plane mentioned in a news flash a couple of weeks ago. No, my point is Florida and the Bahamas/West Indies really is our last frontier or wild west if you will. Offshore banking, drug running; there are abundant opportunities to procure aircraft in that neck of the woods and everyone seems to have an axe to grind. If I was going to set up a central base for domestic terrorism, Sofla is my choice.

Whoever mentioned the Bush and Miami Jewish connection adds further weighting to this area as the one to watch.

If I was trying to predict a big attack like I would predict landfall for a hurricane, I would put that part of florida directly in the red path of the eye.

All I am saying is, well heck you know what I am saying. Bombing a bridge is a big waste of tactical surprise. It isn't going to be something that pedestrian.

I am praying for our whole country, good christians, jews, buddhists, muslims, atheists, hindus, animists, agnostics, the whole lot. We are all in this together. And it isn't looking pretty from where I sit.

err calls. you know what I mean. A double reverse. trading is moe intricate that the Afghan tunnels.

The bad guys know they left a paper trail by shorting airlines the first time, resulting in seizure of their assets and leads for investigators. It's plausible that any attempt to profit from a new wave of attacks would be less direct.

Kingh99 (new freeper as of 10/17/01), Disneyworld is in Central Florida. Are you trying to say you think they will hit Southern Florida or Central Florida? Why would they want to hit Southern Florida?

If bin Laden really wants to hurt our economy, there are 5 or 6 oil refineries along the Houston ship channel.

We don't fill up with crude at the gas stations!

Now kingh99, my son, Diddleyworld is only 40 miles from our home in Florida, and we're returning there next week, and we're not allowing any radioactivity, OK?

#1)- The Air-Defense systems in place don't allow ANY aircraft to fly there without ID now, even if it's only VFR, and none get through un-noticed, due to the drug-related procedures.
#2)- Diddleys stock is already tanking - their attendance is off over 50%! Anyone trying to sell them short would be refused, and probably arrested.
#3)-"...Involving tanker truck or hazmat, Involving spent plutonium..." Too many old people in the left lane on I-4, going 45 mph, with the seat belts hanging outside, making sparks! It's impossible to co-ordinate, and Akmed, the former camel-driver would commit suicide by himself!

Seriously, with all the Naval Bases we've got there, nothin' gets through. When I had my first emergency-landing, in Lakeland, FLA, in 1982, (Alternator-failure + dead battery = no com) I attracted an F-4 as an escort until I landed.

It's not a bad scenario, my son, but ya gotta pick a different place. Try the Left coast. Stay well and vigilant....FRegards

Nah, this would cause major, major nuking over there. They don't want to do anything that will cause us to nuke.

You've gotta be kidding! Just who would we nuke? They are all over the globe. If the nukes start flying, we're all goners.

"remember the "south" warning?"

What south warning would that be, I missed that news completely.

If the "heartland" or the "south" is attacked I just don't think that would have as big a psycological impact on us as some major costal area, or some symbol like for instance the Statue of Liberty or something, do you?

Well I am not military or government. But I know if thousands of kids and moms and dads went thru what we have seen at WTC, there would be a public demand even more than after the WTC to finish off afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, and who knows else. Whether that would be by slow tactical nukes or carpet bombing into eternity I don't presume to know. But that would be the very last straw for a population grown lazy and cynical and comfy about life. It would end all the denial about terrorism and silence any criticism of the war effort. It is very odd to me that the targets of the Terrorists, the Jews and perhaps the left coast, are the enemies of Bush, that is oddly out of synch. What the heck would a bunch of California libs do if they got terrorized. The NY bunch booed Hillary,,think about that, I would have sworn that would never happen. I guess I don't know about nukes, but I know about rage and the rage here if something like Disneyland or Disneyworld was hit badly would be so high and so determined, something really bad would happen to those countries that support this, and we know who they are.

The man who worked in the machine shop that produced telephones for the German government was a target. The woman who helped harvest rice that fed the man who drove the bus that took the troop moving trolley car operator in Tokyo to work was a target. If you lived in Fascist Italy, you were a target.

If that's the case, does that apply to us too? According to you, are our civilians supposed to be legitimate targets? If not, what is the logical difference between our civilians and theirs?

Our citizens did not support the taliban, our citizens are not in a country that started this. They set the rules by bombing us with planes and killing our civilians. Now they can live with the rules. The country that is the aggressor, that starts the war, can expect for their citizens to feel it. That is why countries better be careful of who they keep in their borders.

The NY bunch booed Hillary,,think about that,

Yeah they booed her but they also elected her...maybe not the ones that booed her but still...I really enjoyed seeing Preident Bush throw that first pitch and the rousing ovation he got...maybe a number of New Yorkers have realized...although too late...that they made a big mistake electing Hitlery to the Senate...and then today I gotta listen to Buuba blowing off about how he thinks he would be a more effective leader than Bush right now...words can't describe my disdain for those scum bags.
