AAWW but haven't there been a few village idiots down thru time who spoke the truth and no one listened till it was to late. Why do people misunderstand truth to be hateful? Everyone who knows me likes me, and everyone knows where I stand in my opinions. You just don't know me. Yes I get pummeled but it doesn't matter because someday you will remember my words and maybe a few others here also. I can only hope and pray that be so.
Catholic, Traditional and attend the Tridentine Mass in New Orleans. We don't eat meat on Friday, go to confession once a month at a minimum, say the rosary daily and we are praying for the conversion of Russia as Our Lady of Fatima requested.
The seminary is fine; he has no problem with them. It's in a different state. The problem is with our vocations director in THIS diocese. The diocese sends all college-age seminarians to St. Paul MN, which itself is a fairly conservative diocese. The seminary loved him, and he fit in very well there. If our diocese won't budge, he will consider joining a more conservative diocese (either St. Paul or La Crosse, WI) and then enter the seminary under their auspices. But his first choice is to serve his home diocese, if at all possible.

No problem with "faith", I believe the Bible is the indisputable Word of God. The issue I have is so much of what is required by RC is extra-biblical and not required for salvation. FRegards and thanks.
