They definitely should have been included. And what about the PLO, the PKK, the IRA, and the LTTE? Are strictly "national" terrorist groups going to be excluded from having their assets frozen and vested in the United States government? I hope we're not saying there are good terrorists and bad terrorists for nothing would make our war upon it a failure more than saying what's bad for us is something our friends have to put up with before it begins.

If you remeber from President Bush's speach last Thursday, he mentioned that we are at war with ONLY those terrorist organizations with GLOBAL REACH. I'm guessing that's why Hamas, Hezbollah (sp?), and the PLO are not on the list.
