DO NOT POST ANY MILITARY INFORMATION YOU HAVE
It is imperative during this time period that no one and I mean no one post any information they have about our military except to report on the crash of the plane at the Pentagon. There have been several postings tonight giving information about bases near where they live -- please do not discuss your local bases on the open forum. Use freeper mail to people you know.
Our men and women of the Armed Forces will most likely be put in harm's way soon enough without our telling people what is going on in our areas. Please think before you post. Whether a strike is in the near future or six months away, keep your mouths shut about military activities in your area that are not already in the press.

That it can - and has. Perhaps we ought to be asking our yak-yaking media to shut their traps... and our inept, fumbling, no-clue 'representatives' to seal their blither as well.
Didn't I read right here on FR this evening that there is already movement to hide from pending action over there. Seems we have telegraphed far too much already via hours of international (perhaps intentional?) TV.
Asking our 'leaders' to get a clue - or putting them on the spot by asking them about their badly flapping 'loose lips' is something FReepers should be doing.

There were some soldiers in my area today scrounging around for some spare parts to fix their tank. Said if they couldn't get it fixed the Captain wasn't going to let them go to the war. I don't know if they ever did get it fixed. :-)

After I saw the second post, I decided to follow Rumsfeld's lead from this afternoon and put this up. It should not have been necessary, but I figured there were more of those posts on the way. Guess you could say this was my way of helping out. I was shocked when he said that classified was leaked daily.

I'm sure that Freepers , as a group, probably have more combined knowledge of various information (Military) that any other site and I'm glad to see no comments so far. Even I have some knowledge. heh heh
