MAGA Inc unleashes $277 million in key races

President Donald Trump has unleashed more than $277 million in a last-minute TV and direct mail advertising blitz over the final six weeks of the midterm campaign to help struggling Republican candidates in several races that are key to the party's chances to retain control of Congress.

Trump's MAGA Inc. super PAC, which spent over $300 million on the midterms so far, poured the most money directly or through other PACs into the Texas, Michigan and Ohio Senate races where the Republican candidates are in tight races and trailing Democratic challengers in most polls, Federal Election Commission data shows.

Trump said on social media he planned to spend $400 million to $500 million by Election Day, now less than two weeks away. He channeled $225 million of the recent spending through two other super PACs, No Going Back and Safety & Affordability, the filings show. Super PACs can accept and spend unlimited amounts on campaigns with few restrictions.

Together, the PACs spent more than $36 million on the Texas Senate race for Ken Paxton, $30.1 million to help Mike Rogers in Michigan, and more than $28 million supporting Jon Husted in Ohio. The three seats are key to Republicans retaining control of the Senate where the party has a 53-47 majority.

Democrats need to pick up at least four seats in November's midterm elections to win control of the 100-seat U.S. Senate. Their chances have improved as sky-high fuel prices, ICE raids and the Iran war drove Trump's popularity to historic lows.

More pre-midterm Psyops via Reuters:

Election forecaster Nate Silver's latest data places the Democrats' chances of taking the Senate at more than 77% with a 53-47 majority and the House at more than 94% with a 240-195 majority.

This bears repeating...

Cynical Publius
@CynicalPublius

Please ask yourself two questions:

1. When was the last time that pre-election media were predicting huge Democrat losses?

2. When was the last time that pre-election media were NOT predicting huge Republican losses?

Since the pattern is obvious, why do you let it be repeated in your own mind?

This is war. Information war. Fear is the mind killer.

People to thank!

“Republican mega donors turned out for Trump last month. Hotel and casino mogul Stephen Wynn donated $8 million, Blackstone CEO Stephen Schwarzman and businesswoman Diane Hendricks* gave $5 million apiece in September alone. Australian crypto billionaire Bijan Tehrani and Russian-born businessman Konstanin Sokolov each donated $1 million last month, the filings show.

Hendricks gave $30 million to MAGA Inc so far this year, while Tehrani and Sokolov donated $2 million each, according to the filings. The super PAC still had $164 million in available cash as of last week. It raised about $450 million this campaign cycle.”

FYI: *Diane Hendricks - American businesswoman, co-founder and owner of ABC Supply, film producer, billionaire. Diane Marie Hendricks is an American billionaire, businesswoman, and conservative political donor. She is the widow of the late businessman Ken Hendricks. She is the largest political donor in the state of Wisconsin.

LMAO no way they are taking the Senate, and it is likely they won’t get the house.

Another soon to be meme on election pollers.

For the first time in decades, Republicans appear likely to outspend Democrats in an election cycle. The USAID’s closure has significantly reduced the Democrat’s cash flow.

The Democrat’s hysterical reaction to Trump shutting down the “foreign aid” conduit confirmed that something positive was happening for America.

With President Trump and Vice President Vance on the campaign trail each and every day, filling the largest arenas, there is no way the GOP loses seats.

Will Republicans run ads showing....

France as an example of what will happen if Dems take control?

Irina getting stabbed showing what happens if Dems get control and appoint judges that are soft on crime?

Or the Dems not standing during the SOTU speech when asked to put Americans first over illegal immigrants?

And a million other examples

Nope. Chuck Schumer might call them racist and it’s better to be a gracious loser that that

So they could spend $1 Billion in Key races it won’t matter, Republican are lame.

I am getting about 5-10 fliers in the mail every day roasting Talarico here in Texas.

I hope this push gets Paxton over the line

Hopefully Abbott pulls Paxton over the line. Abbott is clearly and decisively ahead now, and there cant be that many Republicans that will cross over after voting for Abbott and vote for Talarico. Surely that is a vast minority.

I would be more worried if Abbott was only ahead by 1, but with the latest polls showing him ahead by 5.. that should be enough

If I were a betting man (I’m not), I would bet Abbot wins by 10.0+ points.

In 2002, the Democrats thought they were going to finally take back the Senate, and the polls were with them into October. But the GOP held its powder until about mid-October and then unleashed a barrage of ads in key races and turned the tide. They let the media and Dems play out their lies and “October surprises” before they struck in a classic rope-a-dope. Its a high-risk strategy but sometimes it works. Hopefully it works now.

“President Donald Trump has unleashed more than $277 million in a last-minute TV and direct mail advertising blitz over the final six weeks of the midterm campaign”

that’s not possible! ... all the underground anti-Trump trolls here have been SWEARING for weeks that President Trump was a greedy, grasping politician who was hoarding all of his campaign funds, leaving everybody else to hang out to dry!

btw, the strategy [as i’ve pointed out here in the past] is to spend the money when people are paying attention, and NOT because “candidates are in trouble” as the lying leftist corporate media phrases their lies ...
