Thank you very much and God bless you.

With Kagan, Roberts, Kavanaugh, and Barrett expressing such strong views, it's likely that the Court will dismiss the state claims.

This is one issue that the Feds should handle, imo.

An obvious attempt by socialist states to tax people beyond their borders using the Carbon scam as the excuse.

Hopefully the Supremes know what a scam is. I hear at least one needs a biologist to figure out the differences between men and women.

If the Laurentide sheet hadn’t finished melting in the last Glacial Period (about 8k years ago) and dawn of early agriculture from our ancestors we wouldn’t be here today to argue about it.

A perfect example of the pathetic and criminal schools, institutions, disgusting governments from school board up to the WH and Congress.

Not for the alleged effects of anthropogenic global climate change?

I would have used the “I fart in your direction” analogy. It’s not my fault I’m over here and you can smell it clear over there.

With oil prices up anyway, these kinds of BS lawsuits just force the oil companies to have to charge more to cover their costs of litigation...again, the leftist human debris forcing higher prices because of their own greed.

which will have the obvious negative impact on affordability of everything, and is counter to that which they claim to want for the American people and blame on the evil republicans/conservatives.

Lib-progs . . . they just can’t help but be walking contradictions.

Exactly, how can they prove oil having a negative effect on the environment?

The solution to the problem is extremely simple.

The gasoline companies must simply cease sales within the state of California. Immediately.

Oil companies, when sued, should plead “No Contest” and pay their fine then withdraw from the state that sued and prohibit their products from being sold there. Run ads there to explain why gas, diesel, electricity, and other products are triple the price, if they can be found at all, and wait for the people to rid the state of Watermelon (Green on the outside, RED through and through) Socialists.

There is one thing for which they have been consistent: an endless quest for absolute power. Everything else is just an excuse for obtaining that. Mozlems and Communists , they both seek to enslave the rest of us.

Alito should not have recused, period. It will be a cold day in hell when a rat Justice recuses. It would never happen. I’m tired of our side bringing marshmallows to a gun fight.

If only some method of making those who support this suffer the consequences of their own stupidity. These are deep pockets lawsuits to get their grubby paws on oil money rather than real physical damage from oil’s actions.

Notice how they phrase the message:
“three dozen states and municipalities”

CA is the only state pushing this.
The rest are left wing cities doing their masters bidding.
