Where does her information come from? She quit Congress.
What is a fake executive order? The President can sign whatever he wants more or less, especially as it pertains to managing the executive branch. Whether and how he and his cabinet and department heads execute them is a different matter. If he signed an executive order and didn’t really chase down its implementation that doesn’t make it fake. It just means he’s busy. Or perhaps, she’s correct - he did it more for show than for practice. Still doesn’t make it fake. Just means he’s got greater priorities than chasing every cabinet official and agency head around.
