I’m not saying she isn’t guilt. I’m saying it wasn’t postpartum and she liked to do drugs.
And if she was a man no one would care, he would already be dead at the hands of his prison cellmate. Enough with the faux compassion, it is disgusting and cheapens innocent life in favor of a murderer’s feelings.

These reckless legal arguments that hormone imbalances can turn a woman into a murderer yet absolve her of all criminal guilt is a SOLID ARGUMENT FOR REPEAL OF THE NINETEENTH AMENDMENT.
At the same time, a lot of nutty women are also serving on juries who vote to allow these monsters to go back out into society.
If hormone imbalances and psych drugs turn women into looney and dangerous maniacs, why should women be allowed to VOTE?
Millions of American women are taking these psych drugs to try and function normally.
Sounds like she was mentally ill for a long time. Pregnancy might have exacerbated her condition, but she was disturbed from the start.
Nevertheless, I can’t help wondering why, given her psychiatric history, she chose to have children in the first place. Especially three.

A man wouldn’t be given the same consideration if he was on the same drugs.
Messing with brain chemistry is rarely a good idea. Pharmaceutical companies should be held accountable for the side effects of the medications they produce. This, in no way, excuses the actions of this murderous mother.
As people try to put all women into this situation, the pharmaceuticals are a factor that do not include all women. They won’t be a factor in the trial because it won’t be allowed

In this case, her privacy isn’t protected as it’s part of the crime.
I have been with someone who had a psychotic break on zolpidem (Ambien.) This person jumped out of an ambulance, grabbed a stranger’s phone, started calling family and begging for help.
He had taken one in the middle of the day because he ran out of Xanax.
He was troubled but not psychotic at baseline. A doctor described it as a delirium state.
She wasn’t post-partum at 8 months, and she doctor-shopped. I think she’s guilty of pre-meditated murder.
If she had really wanted to off herself, as a nurse, she would’ve known which methods would be the most successful.
This whole defense is a lie.

It looks like the judge is going to remove the one juror who was not going to let her off.
