Lindsay Clancy's defense attorney Kevin Reddington asked to remove a juror on Thursday. According to Reddington, the foreperson reported that there is "one juror who refuses to listen to the law" on reasonable doubt.

Yeah, the one voting for the homicidal maniac who murdered her three children.
I could be wrong, but I have a feeling that only one person is holding out for guilty.
The general assumption is there is one juror holding out for guilty.
There is no way one juror will change 11 minds.
Hung jury is inevitable IMO.
Considering her lawyer was pushing to have one juror removed that would make total sense.
So this subhuman creature may get away with killing three innocent children because she had a bad day on drugs.
If the one really is refusing to accept the Judge’s instruction on reasonable doubt, couldn’t the judge remove that juror and deliberation carry on with an alternate, as the defense asked?
I think it’s the other way around ... We shall see ...
Yep. And that one juror knows the best and only thing they can do now is hang it so it’s not in their conscience that they let a killer off. That’s what I would do.
Massachusetts is so freakin’ jacked up in so many ways. SMH
The defense attorney wants the holdout removed from the jury. So it is more likely it’s 11-1 NOT GUILTY.
He could but he said today he won’t do that.
Is there a “reasonable doubt” she killed her children?
I think its pretty obvious she did.
They could find for 2nd degree, or not guilty due to insanity.
I listened to a lot of the testimony on her medical treatment, and If I were on that jury, it would definitely play a big part in my decision.
That’s the issue.
Correct I do believe
It appears most likely there’s one juror that wants to convict her.
Her lawyer is now saying the judge will hold an “inquiry” tomorrow at 9am.
I suspect that juror will be removed tomorrow.
I am sincere about this.
The many times I’ve been a broken record repeating about how the justice system and jury system are shoddy and useless, I wished that I were wrong.
Rather than have others come to my side I wished I would go to theirs.
The harm of the system of justice is becoming more and more apparent to others. Every good action by Trump is blocked by a smug judge. The guilty criminals are going free, smiling as they leave.
And it’s even dividing the males and females after feminism weakened men almost beyond help since the 1970s. People on a date not only ask about how the person views Trump, they now ask if the person is for or against Clancy. In couched terms the guy wants to know “Would you kill our children someday?” Replaced “If you were on a desert island, what three albums would you want to play?”
The Judge wants a verdict.
Clancy killed her children January 24, 2023.
It has taken more than 2 and 1/2 years to try the case.
There were 21 days of testimony.
Judge does not want a mistrial and have to do this trial over again.
I think its pretty obvious she did.
Speaking for myself, I think it's pretty obvious she did it.
But the women marching on the sidewalk think the husband did it.
Yes, the mother says she did it. Her husband says she did it. Her defense attorney says she did it. But the women marching on the sidewalk think the husband did it. I bet the jury wishes it were out marching on the sidewalk.
