President Trump laid out his plan Wednesday to help Republicans win 35 key midterm races in the final stretch before the fall elections.
Beginning in October, a month before the critical Nov. 3 contests, the president plans to hit the campaign trail and host several tele-rallies as part of his push to keep the House and Senate in Republican hands, he explained in remarks to GOP lawmakers and administration officials at a White House Rose Garden dinner.
“I’m going to take the final 30 days, maybe a little bit more than that, because it’s all about 35 races,” Trump said. “I’m going to go to every one of those 35 places, and we’re going to see if we can get everyone elected.”
He didn’t say which races he had in mind – there are 35 Senate seats up for grabs in November – but asked the lawmakers in attendance, including House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.), to “give me some names where, I say, is either tied, or you’re winning by a little bit, or you’re losing by a little bit.”
“In some cases, you can be losing by a lot, and we’ll bring you over the line,” Trump added. “But mostly, it’s if you’re close – and we’ll get, I think, we’ll get all those people elected.”
*** Trump specifically pledged to campaign in Alaska, for incumbent GOP Sen. Dan Sullivan, and in Texas, for Attorney General Ken Paxton, who is locked in a tight Senate race with Democrat James Talarico.
Trump compared the potentially brutal schedule to the final 120 days of his 2024 presidential campaign, during which he claims he swore-off playing golf.

Send election officials to watch the election in those 35 districts and many Republicans will be elected from that alone.

Trump and Musk should get together and offer voters in “swing states” with documented proof of voting for dems a sizable payment to move to Commifornia and register to vote there before the election. Kinda like getting all your rotten eggs into one basket. That would have practically zero effect on the outcome in California but it could make a difference in the swing states.
It's a lot less work to be in the minority. You don't have to actually pass any legislation or undo any existing bad law. Just go to cocktail parties and do FOX interviews.
Well the Harvard Harris (Dem) poll came out and Trump is up to 44% and the generic is GOP PLUS 2%!
Polls are complete nonsense. Look at the Wisconsin primary—the polls were off by 20 points. I have no doubt Republicans will hold on to the House and Senate. The "Trump on the ballot" strategy and anti-Communist message is strong.
Complacency. There’s ‘the sky is falling’ tactics by the democrats that the public tunes out. Then there’s the scare tactics the republicans use. You don’t know who to believe but the presence of a constant drumroll up until election day doesn’t help. Openly advocating the expansion of the supreme court is still hypothetical. That’s foaming at the mouth stuff.

Comeon man. Do you really think that there are only a few people that are disgusted with prices after the whole “Golden age of America begins today” bit? 40T national debt??? How tf does that happen? Iran still firing missiles. If oil is $100/bbl in November...do the math. Sure weigh the good stuff like USAID corruption, DOGE, drugs, crime, Venezuela, etc. “Its the economy stupid” and the risks are incalculable if we lose.
