Prosecutors argue the man accused of killing Charlie Kirk SHOULD stand trial

PROVO, Utah (AP) — A key hearing kicks off Monday in Charlie Kirk’s murder case in Utah, where prosecutors aim to convince a judge they have enough evidence to try the man accused of killing him and seek the death penalty.

The five-day preliminary hearing will mark the most significant presentation of evidence in the case so far — and the first time that Kirk’s parents and widow will be in the courtroom with defendant Tyler Robinson.

Robinson, 23, is charged with aggravated murder in the Sept. 10 assassination of Kirk, a conservative activist and ally of President Donald Trump, at Utah Valley University. Robinson turned himself in a day after the shooting.

The same folks, who lionised Luigi Mangione as a folk hero are STILL calling Robinson a “hero” and a “brave revolutionary”.

I see the orchestrated setup of Kirk’s killing the same as the Butler attempt on Trump. Both had very dark back stage killers at work that used mind controlled patsies for props. One succeeded, the other, thankfully, failed. The public only knows what the public is told by the choreographers. Nothing has changed since ‘63.

• Earlier Estimate (Fall 2025): Just weeks after the September 2025 arrest, costs had already exceeded $250,000 (before major court proceedings).
• Projected Total for Defense: Officials have indicated up to $2 million (or more) could ultimately be needed for defense attorneys alone in this high-profile death penalty case, due to multiple Rule 8–certified attorneys, extensive motions, evidence review, and expert work. A legislative request sought $2 million in state funding to help cover both prosecution and defense.

I think a lot of the people poo-pooing the possibility of an orchestrated hit on Charlie Kirk are partly doing so from the incorrect assumption that Charlie Kirk was just some motivational speaker who talked to college kids. Why would anybody go through so much trouble just to shoot some kid who talks about God and economics to college students? I have to admit that before he was murdered, I thought that’s all he was.

But, as it turns out, Kirk was in charge of a multi-million dollar organization that had strong international political ties. He had direct contact with some pretty big international players. He had had direct contact with Netanyahu, for example. He had President Trump’s ear. This wasn’t just some kid - this was a serious player on the international stage.

In the months before his death, Kirk had articulated positions that made it clear that he would have opposed the bombing of Iran. And he had Trump’s ear. I think Trump was surprised by the magnitude of the negative reaction to the bombing campaign, especially by the younger people, because he didn’t have someone like Kirk there to TELL him that was going to happen. He had a bunch of neocons telling him that everyone would be happy about it. Now imagine that you are some top level illuminati globalist muckety-muck who really wanted Iran to get bombed, and one of the biggest obstacles to convincing the President of the USA to do it is Charlie Kirk.

In that context, the idea that there would be a coordinated assassination attempt on Kirk is not only NOT ludicrous, but it becomes a reasonable assumption given the international stakes.

But the poo-pooers cling to the idea that Kirk was just some kid, so who would ever want to shoot him except for some homo tranny lover. Meanwhile independent investigators and podcasters, like Owens, are picking apart the official narrative at the seams.

I’m surprised the killer’s lawyers haven’t talked him into a plea deal - like the Golden State killer and the murderer of the four college students in Idaho.

That said, hope he gets the death penalty, he deserves nothing less.
