On Juneteenth, when we commemorate the emancipation of enslaved African Americans in 1865, I’d like to remind Sacramento City Unified School District administrators of how profoundly Black children feel the pain and trauma of racial slurs hurled at them by other children they serve.

Why are they so offended by a word, especially since they call each other that same thing every day, and not always nicely.
Oh no, a middle school kid was called a bad name by another stupid middle school kid!

That’s the kind of black on black racism that they’ve brought upon themselves. They have no values and they have no value or respect for human life. Especially black lives.
That’s why black on black crime is ignored and excused. Can you imagine the prisons we would need if we held back people accountable the same we we do white people?

I taught my black adopted kids that no word was a big deal. That words were information to allow one to know what one was facing. This worked until their early 20s. Then the American culture taught them to be dramatic about it.
I’m so proud of my grandnephew. He’s 13 and some kid at school called him a fag. I guess it pissed him off more than anything because he grabbed the kid by his belt and gave him a shove into the door of the girls’ bathroom door. If some black kid were to call him a racist or a honkey, I don’t think he’d give a damn.

I told their parents the next day at church how I handled it. They thought it was great. We're all still pals.
I’ve had it with that N-word bullshit. Blacks, all of them, use it constantly, but OMG if a white darest utter that damnable word, even to sing one of their ridiculous song lyrics. Enough is enough. I don’t care about this at all.
When rap, black comedians, and others in the black community stop using the word, then we can talk.
