Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom of California on Tuesday raised the stakes of the midterm elections and the landscape for 2028 by issuing an implied threat of incarceration to President Donald Trump.

“Trump says voter fraud should land people in prison,” Newsom wrote on the social media platform X.

“Agreed,” the governor added. “And let’s start with the politicians spreading election lies with the goal of illegally interfering with counting ballots.”

Newsom again threatening those who question their suspect election process with prison based on a new law he signed. So now it's illegal to question their elections and it is illegal to report on any illegal activity.

“And let’s start with the politicians spreading election lies with the goal of illegally interfering with counting ballots.”

... spreading election truths with the goal of properly interfering with falsifying ballots and stealing elections.

Unbelievable. I’m thinking there is no hope for CA. It’s truly a terrible, wicked place to try and live.

Evidently California laws trump the guarantee of free speech in the First Amendment.

Who knew?

NewSCUM’s logic “Dont you dare bring up the fact that our election system here is rigged so that ONLY commies win, just look over there not over here” this man is a mass murderer, same goes for Bass, they should BOTH be on death row the fact that they are leading this state makes me sick

I realized California was a lost cause a long time ago. Ive lived here my entire life, its a a communist/socialist state, there is NO fixing it. I like Steve Hilton, but he has ZERO chance here, Dems would elect Hitler himself over a Republican

I think California would do better prosecuting people based on discrimination laws against people with disabilities. You can’t make fun of people who live in California just because they can’t count./s

Moved to Calif in 1988 after going to San Diego for USMC boot camp. So beautiful, could not wait to move there. Great the first 10-12 years, stumbled a bit under Arnold and totally fell apart after Gavin took over. Moved out in 2019, miss the beauty but not the traffic, politics, or home prices.

The Democrats’ new tactic is no allowing challenges to their cheating. They know they’ve committed fraud.

VDH makes the point that the voters of CA approved the buildin of several new reservoirs for water at a cost of 7 billion in taxpayer funds. This “king” and his cohorts totally ignored the voters, refused to spend a cent on new reservoirs and actually blew up four existing reservoirs. Just who in CA is ignoring the law, Mr. Newsom??
