U.S. Forces sank six Iranian small boats near the Strait of Hormuz amid President Donald Trump's "Project Freedom" on Monday.
U.S. Central Command announced the engagement in a press call with reporters, saying Iran's military capability has been "dramatically degraded."
CENTCOM Commander Adm. Brad Cooper said on the call that Iran historically has deployed "between 20 and 40 small boats" when harassing vessels in the strait.
"Today, we saw just six, and eliminated them quickly," Cooper said.
"We have an enormous amount of capability and firepower concentrated in and around the Strait, including 864 Apache and MH 60 Seahawk helicopters used just this morning to eliminate six Iranian small boats threatening commercial shipping," he added.

This reminds me of something I heard on the BBC World Service about a month ago. The woman presenter was making the point that Trump was destroying small boats in the Caribbean without any evidence that they were involved in drug trafficking. Her tone was the typical snide, superior mocking voice of a media Karen, made even more insufferable by her RP British accent. To add emotional weight to her argument, she played an interview with a Venezuelan woman whose husband was lost in one of the strikes. "We are so poor, he had no choice but to take a job on a drug boat" she said, thereby sinking the BBC's objectivism as well.
We need videos from 2 different angles. One from the helicopter and another from a drone that sticks around until the smoke has cleared.
Attacking the UAE with what you have left says two things:
1. You are driven by ideological hatred at a level that doesn’t even allow you to rationally avoid losing the support of your Islamic neighbors.
2. You know that if you try to do this to the US you will will face an overwhelming response.
I suspect the US got intel that Iran intends to make this a hot war again soon and this freedom of navigation exercise is a preemptive move to attrit Iranian military assets. Probably during the World Cup next month.

The cease fire was a joke from the start. Iran was already 75 percent complete all Trump had to do was allow 2 more weeks of bombing with Israel and the US involved, kill off as much of Irans leadership as possible, and this could have been over and done with. When you have cancer, you dont leave 25 percent behind when the chemo is working, you kill the remaining tumors off, now the cancer is growing again, we gotta finish the job period

The “degeadewd” military of Iran just blew up UAE oil terminal facilities and exploded rhe prisce of oil again.
Way past time to end this no matter what it takes and soon.
Doesn’t take much to really launch drones even if the rest of their military is destroyed
