Democrat congressman claimed Wednesday that Secretary of War Pete Hegseth has committed the “exact same” kind of war crimes that led to the Nuremburg trials and executions of Nazi submarine captains following World War II.
During an appearance on CNN, Rep. Seth Moulton (D-Mass.) attempted to revive the Democrats’ “double tap” hoax that fizzled out last December, telling host Erin Burnett that Hegseth is “absolutely” guilty of war crimes.
“I mean, he’s clearly behind the operation to shoot all these boats in the Caribbean when it’s very unclear that we actually have any confirmation that these so-called narco terrorists, a term the administration invented to justify this action, are even on the boats,” Moulton said.
In reality, the term “narcoterrorism” was not invented by the Trump administration, but coined over 40 years ago by former President Fernando Belaúnde Terry of Peru to describe terrorist attacks against his nation’s anti-narcotics police.

A SINGLE U Boat captain was executed for ordering his crew to open fire on survivors, killing all, in life boats.

Rep. Seth Moulton (D-Mass.) is so very right. As a matter of fact , Moulton is so right that he has earned a ticket aboard a private charter fast boat, run from Caracas Shores , La Guuaira to Santiago de Cuba.
The Republican party of Massachusetts has volunteered to provide Moulton with a free set of unmarked luggage for the trip.

Criminals commanding drug-running motorboats aren't in the same category as Merchant Marines.
Even German Admiral Karl Dönitz who was Chief of the Navy High Command, and instituted Hitler's orders on the high seas, was tried at Nuremberg for crimes against peace, war crimes, crimes against humanity, planning, initiating, and waging wars of aggression; and crimes against the laws of war. When Hitler killed himself, he named Dönitz as President of Germany, and he remained as such until Germany had surrendered.
He was found not guilty of committing crimes against humanity, but guilty of committing crimes against peace and crimes against the laws of war. He was sentenced to ten years imprisonment. Dönitz remained an unrepentant Nazi. He was released on October 1, 1956, found a place to live, and wrote his memoirs.
Not many U-Boat crews survived the war. In 1944-1945, the US and the Brits had escort carriers in the convoys and long range air patrols by land. U-Boat crews had a very short life expectancy in the last half of the war.
