I used to work in a business where I was able to spend a fortune on the company credit card when I was young. I got fat by going to way too many indulgent lunches. I got drunk too many times too. LOL. It took a while after I left the job to get back into shape.
Also, he’s trying to impress a girl, by saying he hangs at strip clubs. FOX ok with this? We’ll see...

I can attest that I have seen first and second hand that this happens in the corporate world. If your sales people are with customers/clients, at many places it will be expensed.
However, what you do NOT do is brag about it publicly.
He’s pretty good. But not Federal Employee good. Not even in the ballpark for Elected Federal Official.

I never signed off on expense reports without all receipts and a full explanation of what it was for.
I knew a Ford executive who would occasionally take his employees and a couple friends to a bar for happy hour after work. He’d collect all the monies from the group then pay the bill with his credit card. Only it was the company credit card and he pocketed the cash.
Fired soon and presented a bill for repayment. Best wishes Mr Untouchable.
