A glamorous Trump aide has been suspended from her job after the Daily Mail exposed her dates with older 'sugar daddies' for cash.
Julia Varvaro, 29, was put on leave from her job as the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Counterterrorism on Wednesday afternoon, hours after we revealed her shameless money-grabbing antics with a much older boyfriend who gave his name as Robert B.
A Department of Homeland Security source told the Daily Mail: 'Julia Varvaro is on administrative leave as a result of the investigation and she is no longer serving in her capacity as a Deputy Assistant Secretary at DHS.'
Varvaro's hunger for money and gifts from older men sparked national security fears.
One of the sugar daddies, Robert B, a divorced father, said he made an official complaint with the Department of Homeland Security's Inspector General.
He claimed: 'I believe that she's under financial stress and that her actions pose a security risk'.
Robert also said she had a profile on the sugar daddy website 'Seeking'.
On the page, seen by the Daily Mail, she called herself Alessia and offered 'seductive sophistication.'
She earned her PhD in Homeland Security in 2024, and has served as the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Counterterrorism since May 2025.

Deputy Assistant Secretary of Counterterrorism? 29 year olds these days aren’t experienced or mature enough for a DAS job regardless of the degree. That was a mistake giving her that job regardless of this incident.
What is the definition of “Trump Aide”? I don’t think it covers Deputy Assistant Secretary. An aide would be someone who gets papers or reboots his router or makes copies. The Secretary of Homeland Security is not considered to be a “Trump Aide”. The Secretary of State is not considered to be a “Trump Aide”. Why is a third level cabinet official called a “Trump Aide”?
