The Ministry of Defence announced that on April 8, 2026, the UAE Air Defence Forces intercepted 17 ballistic missiles and 35 drones originating from Iran.
Since the start of the brazen Iranian attacks, the UAE Air Defense Forces have intercepted 537 ballistic missiles, 26 cruise missiles, and 2,256 drones.
These attacks resulted in 3 minor injuries, bringing the total number of injuries to 224 cases.

It appears to me that PDJT is negotiating with the secular side of Iran’s government, and ignoring the religious side. It looks like he’s trying to make the secular side fight the Republican Guard and Mullahs.
Will it work? I don’t know.

To me attacking the UAE does not make sense, especially considering the amount of ordinance sent to the UAE. Iran has also targeted others in the region.
It creates the belief that these neighbors of Iran are hated just as much as Iran hates the “Great Satan”.
Iran is indeed a world menace. And our dearly beloved democrats and media appear to be on their side. Sorta makes one believe the rats and MSM are also a world menace.
Good question. With Israel whacking their political and military leaders, there could be multiple efforts to take control of the country by various entities.

If Iran had to resort to using a so-called mosaic defense, implementation of a ceasefire wasn’t going to go off without a hitch.

War is a fluid thing and events frequently come and go unexpectedly. Even though the general strategies of the Allies were laid out early in WWII, there were months of chaos and changed plans to deal with changing situations. The enemy retains a say in the day to day.
I’m sure Trump is unsure of what the next hours may bring, but I AM sure he has a plan to meet goals some months down the road. Thank God the dims and biden/harris/clinton/ubama are no longer in charge.

Exactly how was it a “truce” in the sense of the word. We were pounding them and they were being selectively taken out, hiding in caves, and launching a few missiles. They had no measurable defensive posture, much less offensive capability.
