With its economy strangled by international sanctions, Iran is turning more than ever to the wealth hidden beneath its soil. And now, a stunning revelation: a colossal gold deposit has been found in the Shadan mine, located in the country’s eastern region. Estimated at over 61 million tons of ore, this find could reshape the balance of the global gold market.
Iran’s subsoil is rich in untapped treasure. The nation is already known for its substantial gold resources—around fifteen mines are currently active. For a country hampered by years of economic restrictions, mining has become nothing less than a lifeline.
A record-breaking gold discovery
Amid these difficult circumstances, Iranian officials have announced the discovery of an enormous gold deposit in the Shadan mine. The news has immediately rippled through global markets, given the staggering figure: roughly 61 million tons of ore.....

Definition of “gold mine”:

Paging Tony Beets or Parker Schnable. Please pick up the gold courtesy phone.
WTAF? I’m pretty sure that the same thing was reported to happen in Berlin sometime in the first week of April 1945.
Dumbasses didn’t even know they had trillions of dollars of gold under their feet.
The actual date of the article is Dec. 17, 2025 (not Dec. 17, 2026 as in the header). In any case, this article is 3 months old. Were the global markets really shaken up if no one has talked about it since then?
Very convenient.
What is the percentage of recoverable gold to 1 ton of ore?
I know nothing about mining. But even I know that “over 61 million tons of ore” is fairly meaningless. How much gold is in the ore? High grade or low grade? It would matter a lot.
And, of course, it could all be a big fat lie.
A gold deposit is another chance to trash Trump. NeverTrumpers have to NeverTrump.
Won’t believe this until Assay it with my own eyes....
“Futura Sciences”
ever since this thing started we have been flooded with “news” stories coming in from sources no one has ever heard of. Almost without exception they are written to degrade support for the Admin. It has all the hallmarks of a well funded propaganda op.
Here is another you said was missed by western media. But I showed you were duped by a fake story.,,A story that western media had uncovered years before.

Imperial Russia had , at one time, the largest gold holdings in the world. It all disappeared ( amounts unknown) but this recent article from 2023 states much was recently recovered. Unreported by western MSM.

GEEZ ...
Once again Armstrong/Delta7 posts garbage. He cites a 2023 date but the same “news” surfaced in 2017 and was debunked then.

One ton of gold ore typically contains a very small amount of gold, commonly ranging from 1 to 6 grams (roughly 0.03 to 0.2 ounces). While “high-grade” ore can contain over 10–20 grams per ton (g/t)
“What is the percentage of recoverable gold to 1 ton of ore?”
About the same as to two tons of ore.
if it’s real bomb the mines, one eah day
