OMG!!! The CRIMINALS ARE BLACK!!! SHOCKING!
And look...they’re all smiling! Isn’t that grand!!!
Fury? Fury?.......
(sound of crickets chirping...)
In March 2026, a federal court in North Carolina sentenced these four individuals to a combined total of more than 14 years in prison for orchestrating a sophisticated $12.7 million Medicaid fraud scheme through Life Touch LLC, a purported substance abuse treatment facility in Kinston and Goldsboro.
From 2018 to 2023, the defendants—Keke Komeko Johnson (compliance director), Francine Sims Super (Kinston office manager), Brandon Eugene Sims (owner), and Kimberly Mable Sims (related lab company owner)—exploited vulnerable Medicaid patients struggling with addiction.
They paid over $1 million in illegal kickbacks, often via gift cards, to lure patients into unnecessary substance abuse treatments and urine drug screenings at Life Touch and affiliated 1st Choice Healthcare Services.
The group then submitted fraudulent claims to North Carolina Medicaid, billing for services never properly provided or medically justified, while falsifying records to evade detection.
U.S. Attorney Ellis Boyle condemned the operation as “shocking Minnesota-Somali-style fraud” right in North Carolina, vowing that “cheaters never win.” The scheme drained taxpayer funds meant for genuine care.
Consequences were severe, Life Touch LLC was ordered permanently closed, fined $15 million, dissolved, and placed on five years’ probation while repaying $12.76 million in restitution to Medicaid.
Defendants faced additional restitution to the IRS totaling millions, plus forfeiture of over $6 million in assets—including cash, luxury vehicles like a Rolls-Royce, and real estate.
This case shows ongoing vulnerabilities in government healthcare programs and the need for stronger oversight to protect funds for those truly in need.
14 years combined, so an average of a bit over 3 years each...can’t find anything on individual sentences
Old photos, not after they were sentenced.
And it’s federal court so they never got a chance to carry out fraud in the courts too.

“Minnesota-Somali-style” Medicaid fraud
TIME TO HIRE MUSK’S WIZARDS TO DO AUDITS...

Its good to again see home-grown American blacks grifting off our Socialist-Democrat welfare system.
Why do we need imported Somalis or Nigerians to do it, when we have locals who can do it? Keep the money in the good, old USA!
Why do I think they didn’t vote for Trump...
“meme has stuck?
“
For a long time
ditto
Just remember our worthless criminal Congress gives away our money and throws the bill on the national debt. There appears to be no oversight.
Looks like Francine has a broken nose. She will have it repaired at taxpayer expense if she ever goes to jail.
She IS going to federal prison.
And no her nose will NOT be repaired.
That’s not going to save these 4 losers.
