Saudi Arabia’s foreign ministry said on Monday it was following up with “high interest and concern” on the maritime coordinates and map recently submitted by Iraq to the United Nations.
The ministry said in a statement that the coordinates and map included infringement on areas adjacent to the Saudi-Kuwaiti divided zone, where both countries share natural resources in the area according to previous agreements between them.

The ministry added that the Kingdom rejects “claims” that any other side has the right to the divided submerged area between Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.
It also called on Iraq to respect the Kuwait’s sovereignty and the unity of its lands.
Kuwait on Saturday said that it summoned the Iraqi charge d’affaires to the country.
The ministry said that the “deposited coordinates and map include allegations that infringe upon Kuwait’s sovereignty over its maritime zones and established and stable maritime elevations in relation to Iraq, Fasht al-Qaid and Fasht al-Aij, which have been the subject of any dispute concerning Kuwait’s sovereignty.”

Why would they. The example being set to the world is sovereignty doesn’t matter if you have more power than the other country.
Remember, eff with me and my big brother will kick your ass. I’m old but I do remember a time.
