(NEXSTAR) – In a wide-ranging interview published Saturday, former President Barack Obama confirmed what many have been waiting for: aliens are, in fact, real. They’re aren’t being kept in Nevada’s Area 51, however.
Progressive podcaster Brian Tyler Cohen asked Obama the question outright during “a little bit of a lightning round” in an interview on Cohen’s “No Lie” podcast published on Saturday.

It’s not clear whether Obama just believes Aliens are real or he has seen evidence indicating they are indeed real.

Ok…going down the rabbit hole:
It has been rumored for a couple of months now that Trump is getting ready to do a disclosure about some sort of Non Human Intelligence. I am not sure if this comes from a single source that has bounced around, or if it is leaking out “around the edges.”
Then Obama comes along and just tosses this out there Willy-nilly. The interwebs are debating whether or not he is trying to steal Trump’s thunder or if he is is “working with those in the background” to do a low key disclosure.
The emotional and economic impact of such a disclosure could be significant. If we’ve known for decades and had tech companies working with this stuff (and benefitting) then the government has some ‘splainin’ to do.
Personally, I think Obama was just goofing on the guy.
I would love to know all of the secrets. But I don’t think we will know anything about this any time soon.
It depends on what the meaning of ‘real’ is...
