On Feb. 3, a Transportation Security Administration officer working a terminal checkpoint at Portland International Airport encountered 38-year-old Manuel Cruz-Ramirez.
Cruz-Ramirez presented a Mexican passport bearing a different name.
Customs and Border Protection (CBP) was alerted when the passport failed to return full data.
CBP used fingerprints to identify Cruz-Ramirez and discovered he was previously deported to Mexico in 2018.
He then reentered the U.S. at an undisclosed location and date before being arrested in Oregon.
“Cruz-Ramirez was released on bail after being charged in Marion County, Oregon, in an amended indictment that includes rape in the first degree, sodomy in the first degree, and purchasing sex with a minor,” the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Oregon stated in a press release.
Cruz-Ramirez is now in federal custody and has been charged with illegal reentry.

Put him on a plane. Not in one, ON one. Give him the option of hanging on at 30,000 feet and 400 mph. Over the ocean.
Do the judges wait in line to kiss the a** of an illegal alien? Honest question.
Probably easier to find the very few that don't.
This is the dilemma that ICE faces every day. If they deport him again they give him a get out of jail free card on the state charges. Then he will just come strait back.
The federal re-entry charge (8 USC 1326) can lock him up for 1 to 5 years depending on previous convictions.
After being deported in 2018, he illegally reentered using a forged passport. He raped and sodomized a minor child, and had sex with an underage prostitute. The rape/sodomy victim and the hooker may have all been the same minor and the same event, I dont' know.
At any rate, a lot of felony charges. And the judge let him out on bail?

Oregon is a low crime mostly white state. nearly ALL violent crime is perpetrated in one neighborhood in Portland (between MLK and Caesar Chaves BLVDs in North East Portland. Traffic fatalities (DUIS), child sex crimes, and traffic busts with large amounts of drugs are almost always illegal aliens. There is a reason Multnomah Country Jail stopped releasing mugshots (except for white people) was it was all blacks, hispanics, or repeat antifa offenders.
They just enjoy spreading havoc. They’d do the same in any country.

Democrats have run the state ever since they started mail in voting. One of the first states to do so, iirc in 1995.
Maybe the worthless FBI could arrest the ridiculously, in your face, illegal position of “sanctuary official” for, I don’t know, aiding and abetting an escaped child rapist.
They don’t necessarily “hate America” but they love the side money more.
Public hanging is in order.
