From what I hear the newspaper business is in big trouble.
Far fewer people read the actual printed newspaper than they did years ago. And online subscriptions to newspapers have not made up the difference.
That’s a shame.
Nixon lost support of the Republicans in the Senate because of the WP. That is why he resigned. He did nothing wrong.
What could the folks getting laid off actually say? Media is at historical lows in regards to credibility. They dont even try to hide their activism. The echo chamber isnt as interesting as it used to be I guess. I know these people think theyre doing the Lords work but every night they need to go to bed knowing theyve spent the entire day lying , not only to us…. But themselves.
Ordinarily, I wouldn’t rejoice in the demise of a business, but they are spreading evil, so the paper can go to…….

Could it have anything to do with the sad state of journalism?
It is ok to celebrate the fall of evil and those who perpetrate it. Compassion is misplaced when it allows evil to continue.
Remember all things work to the good for those who love the Lord. We have grown to accustomed to absolving the individual involved in evil acts thinking it is compassion, we need to remember such challenges are meant to guide them back to the Lord.
I am not saying gloat over their misfortune, I am saying it is ok to not feel bad they are experiencing such when they have propagated evil and evil celebrate the evil has stopped.
More likely DOGE getting rid of their $10,000 per year ‘sweetheart subscriptions’ that federal employees had, at government expense.
You already know that every WaPo story is going to be anti-conservative and anti-Trump so why bother to read? The paper has zero credibility.
Make it 30 years for me!
