Five-year-old Liam Conejo Ramos and his father have been released from Immigration and Customs Enforcement custody, following a court order mandating their release, a lawyer familiar with their case told CBS News on Sunday.
U.S. District Judge Fred Biery on Saturday directed government officials to release Adrian Alexander Conejo Ramos and his son, who were detained by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement earlier this month in Minnesota, from detention "as soon as practicable."

Is this the guy who abandoned his 5-year son and ran when ICE came to arrest him?
Yup. This is the guy.
Maybe the Somalis can lease out there toddlers to illegal border crossers as shields from prosecution? Solves the daycare issues.
Fighting in Congress to send middle-class income and property taxation cap constitutional amendments to the states would make Congress turn deep red come 2027.
The high-income people have the Laffer Curve effect to protect them.
He wasn’t in custody, his father was and his father chose to have him with him. CBS typical BS wording
I don’t think you can amend the federal constitution to cap state income and property taxes.
Yup!
Chuck them both over the wall.
The father should be charged with child endangerment. “Rep. Joaquin Castro, a Democrat from Texas, posted on social media on Sunday that he had picked up Liam and his father and escorted them back to Minnesota.” We all know what a disgusting piece of commie filth Joaquin is.
Immigration brought the kid home....kid kept yelling for his mother to open the door...and she wouldn’t. That’s how immigration wound up with the kid.
We see this over and over again.
So here’s a question:
A liberal judge orders a detained person released.
Couldn’t a conservative judge at the same level then rule that the detainment is lawful?
So the illegal alien criminal who abandoned his “son” who I dont believe is his son and his “mother” didnt want him either gets to get out of custody with him how cute
“””“Rep. Joaquin Castro, a Democrat from Texas, posted on social media on Sunday that he had picked up Liam and his father and escorted them back to Minnesota.” “””
A US Rep spending tax dollars to bring an illegal alien back to Minneapolistan. Priceless.
I think Conejo is one of the spanish words for rabbit or for a scared individual. So now Alex Conejo Ramos and son Liam can hippiety-hop away from custody, and be chauffeured (for free, of course) back to Minnesota so they can break even more American immigration laws up there.
He needs to be listening to Erik Prince on deportations and not Kristi Noem. Do everything administratively. Shut off access to banking, welfare, remittances, employment, and everything else that makes life in America comfortable and they'll leave quietly on their own.
And punish those who enable them to stay here. Hire an illegal, go to prison. Open up a bank account for an illegal, go to prison. Rent an apartment to an illegal, go to prison.
We can debate it all we want. Americans overwhelmingly support deportations but the left is winning on the war of optics. And we're not talking about Trump's base here. We're talking about the vast squishy middle.
Personally, I'd be happy with video footage boxcars loaded with crying illegals getting deported south! I love videos of leftist insurgents getting smoked by ICE! But I'm also not blind to how this stuff plays out to the vast number of Americans who might be appalled by this, even if they support deportations.
The Department of Homeland Security, which oversees ICE, has said that it has no record of the family using that app, formerly known as CBP One.
And they were going to call later that very day...
First off, the 5 year old boy wass not incustody. His father had desertted him. So they took jim to his house. The mother refused to open the door. So, ICE then took him to be with his father. Both were then released.
