Minnesota’s chief federal judge is ordering the head of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement to appear personally in a Minneapolis courtroom on Friday, with the judge saying that ICE has failed to comply with dozens of court orders.

Maybe there is a subtlety to judicial structure I don’t understand, but how does a federal judge become Minnesotas judge?
The guy in detention didn’t get a hearing within a week so the judge considers ICE to be in violation.
The average wait time for an illegal to get a hearing is 5 years. that is fine to the courts, as long as we the people are the ones getting shafted by having these people sucking up government resources while they and their families get exactly what they want. But when the people who came here illegally don’t get what they want, a one-week timeframe is demanded.
In California they let a bunch of criminals go free because they couldn’t get their trials fast enough. Yet the J6ers rotted in prison for 4 years and that was fine.
What this judge shows me is that not all animals are created equal, and equal protection is a sick joke.
Where should the judge send the limo?
And this is halppenong while trumps in office. Imagine what it’s gonna look like when the Dems are back in power?
I wish Trump had the balls to use the full power of his office. Unfortunately he doesn’t.

Trump wins in case where judge tried to tie the hands of ICE & Border Patrol.
Time to close all federal buildings in Minneapolis and St Paul. Make the judges hold court in rural counties where they can be indicted if the commit crimes while doing their “judging” work.

What difference would that make? It’s a statewide federal district court. The jury pool is statewide. I doubt if they walk outside the courthouse and grab the first dozen they see to be on a jury.

A few years ago I was on the list for federal jury duty in Minneapolistan. I was never called but I was looking forward to it.
