Last night, Tina Peters was assaulted at approximately 9PM MT in La Vista Correctional Facility.
Tina was inside a maintenance closet to fill up a water unit when an inmate approached her in the closet and began striking her in anger.
Tina raised her hands and pushed the inmate away in defense of herself. Per Tina, the camera showed her pushing the inmate away from her out of the closet. She was subsequently handcuffed, shackled, and brought to solitary confinement.
Tina was told she is being charged with Felony Assault for defending herself against an unprovoked attack. She will be locked down completely for 24-72 hours and held in IDO (the hole) for an unknown period of time.
As far as Tina is aware, the inmate who assaulted her has not been charged, slept in their cell last night, and will face no consequences. This incident is clearly a targeted attack against Peters. In all likelihood, it is being used as an opportunity to isolate and harass Tina Peters.

Trump should take her into protective custody of the federal government.
Republican state representatives need to go to that prison, with media, and demand they be allowed to speak with her.
Trump will do for Tina what he did for the Iran Protestors.

Yes. Send Federsl Marshals in and arrest the Governor for failure to honor a presidential pardon.

If they have video of the assaulted being pushed out of the closet they also have video of her entering. Most likely with audio also.. her attorneys should demand to see it all. And whoever is making the decisions at that prison should be named and shamed.

If a Presidential pardon doesn’t apply to state charges/convictions, I don’t know on what grounds they could legitimately arrest the governor.
For one reason or another, known or unknown, the Officials in charge of running the State of Colorado want her dead. Whether it is to send a message to others, A/L/A Hillary Clinton fashion or for purely personal reasons, a person or persons unknown wish for to no longer be among the living. And they will continue to hold her until their wish is fulfilled. People concerned about her welfare should should do their planning around those facts. Instead of pretending they don’t exist.
A strongly worded tweet is probably on the way.
I’d venture to guess this was deliberately orchestrated in order to press additional chages to keep her from being released.
They want her dead, not released.

I bet if the DEA started cracking down on Colorado’s drug laws, things would start to change.
