In person re registration should be required bi annually. Mail in ballots should be an earned privilege for those most in need with a clear record of voting and stable residency.
Not too long ago, the commies wanted to give Hakeem the ol’ heave-ho. This doesn’t help.
And from what I hear, Iowa has yet to stop counting.
