This is a loaded statement. Why is the tax burden being "shifted" to black neighborhoods? Is it rich white racists scheming to not pay taxes and have blacks pay taxes? Of is the "shift" due to the fact that the current city administration has bled the downtown businesses dry to the point where there is no more center city revenue to support the city government's voracious appetite for money?

Yeah, and wasn’t that their plan all along? Because after all, capitalism is evil. Oops, elections have consequences. Perhpas this will finally awaken people? If not, then this country becomes just another shirhole as Trump accurately calls other nations for what they really are.

It may even be hard to pick up your family & relocate.. But unfortunately, the people only have themselves to blame. Those who didn't support the government thatkepr remaining in power failed to waken up to the realities that were unfolding around them.

Bottom line, it's a shame, but too many people are still fast asleep, and amazingly, there are even too many people who still are not functioning on all cylinders that come to Free Republic.

We need to deport all Muslims who believe in the Koran, and especialluy if they support Sharia Law, because Sharia Law is the real threat. It makes tIslam a form of government, not strictly a religion.
