ARE YOU TOO BUSY FOR GOD?

This means we must commit ourselves to hearing the Lord's voice. How else can we know and do the will of our Heavenly Father? It means that we have a particular commitment to the God-ordained transformation that needs to occur within us so that we may reflect the King of Glory's character.

When we decide to be open to the Lord of Heaven, He transforms our lives, and we experience a quietness in our spirit, a confidence in our heart, a dogged determination in our mind, and an increasing faith in our soul. Why not ask God to help you determine whether you are the person He wants you to be? After all, if you are too busy for God, then you really are too busy!

God will provide us with the strength and courage we need to confront and overcome anything that comes our way. So....embrace God's love a-new today, and Be Happy!!

Extra prayers for Israel...

He Who blessed our forefathers Abraham, Isaac and Jacob - may He bless the fighters of the Israel Defense Force, who stand guard over our land and the cities of our G-d from the border of the Lebanon to the desert of Egypt, and from the Great Sea unto the approach of the Aravah, on the land, in the air, and on the sea.

May HASHEM cause the enemies who rise up against us to be struck down before them. May the Holy One, Blessed is He, preserve and rescue our fighting men from every trouble and distress and from every plague and illness, and may He send blessing and success in their every endeavor.

May He lead our enemies under their sway and may He grant them salvation and crown them with victory. And may there be fulfilled for them the verse: For it is Hashem, your G-d, Who goes with you to battle your enemies for you to save you.

Cold weather!

Low was 15 this morning and barely above freezing this afternoon.

Wakened too early on New Year’s morning by the NOAA weather radio blaring a snow squall warning which dropped a full inch of powder rather than the “dusting” forecast.

We may get some snow next week, but it’s gonna have to warm up some. All minus zero temps today.

Howdy, Kathy.

Have you been in fog all day or is it between the airports and your part of town? It was really thick at the airports for a while but cleared off by 2:00. But there’s been a ring of fog bank all the way around ever since. Thinning some because the Hillside lights are finally visible, barely.

TOO COLD!!!! Poor ducks.
