arlier this month, Fulton County admitted that approximately 315,000 early votes from the 2020 election were illegally certified but were nonetheless still included in the final results of that election.
The admission came during a Dec. 9 hearing before the Georgia State Election Board (SEB) stemming from a challenge filed by David Cross, a local election integrity activist. Cross filed a challenge with the SEB in March 2022. Cross alleged that Fulton County violated Georgia statute in the handling of advanced voting ahead of the November 2020 election, counting hundreds of thousands of votes even though polling workers failed to sign off on the vote tabulation “tapes” critical to the certification process.
And Fulton County admitted to it.
Ann Brumbaugh, attorney for the Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections, told the SEB in the hearing that while she has “not seen the tapes” herself, the county does “not dispute that the tapes were not signed.” Brumbaugh continued, “It was a violation of the rule. We, since 2020, again, we have new leadership and a new building and a new board and a new standard operating procedures. And since then the training has been enhanced. … But … we don’t dispute the allegation from the 2020 election.”
Georgia’s Secretary of State Office investigated the alleged failure to sign tabluation tapes and “substantiated” the findings that Fulton County “violated Official Election Record Document Processes when it was discovered that thirty-six (36) out of thirty-seven (37) Advanced Voting Precincts in Fulton County, Georgia failed to sign the Tabulation Tapes as required [by statute],” according to a 2024 investigation summary. I read this more carefully, and it is NOT the bombshell it first seemed. They are not alleging that there were 315,000 that should not have been counted, but rather, that 315,000 votes that counted in spite of the absence of certification that should have happened to all valid votes. Most of these votes SHOULD have been certified, so most SHOULD have been counted.
The BIG news is that word, “most.” The fact that they were not certified means that processes that should have taken place to assure their validity did not take place.
In other words, this is not proof they stole the election, but it is proof that they did illegal things that may have helped them steal the election.
Also of note: Secretary Raffensberger lied his ass off and committed unimaginably severe fraud.

How do you know most of these votes should have been certified? Isn’t that what the certification process is intended to determine?
How many votes were legal and how many votes were illegal, do you know, or are you okay with illegal votes cancelling out legal votes?

Why not follow the law and certify the votes if they can be, unless you’re stealing an election? They were obviously stealing the election, and 5 years later your getting the tip of the iceberg revealed.
Why was this not discussed in Dec. 2020? The answer is that it would have caused the electoral college to be delayed and further investigation nationwide may have prevented King Obama’s third term and a total of 28.8 trillion of total debt with that.

But what constitutes “most”? It could have been enough to give Trump the win and Purdue to avoid a runoff with Ossoff.
Splitting some hairs there aren’t you? Willful disregard of the ballot certification rules shows an act of assistance to deliver shoddy unsecured election results. Just the kind of stuff you’d expect from people who want to rig a vote count, and it was part of a full court press to do exactly that.
I worded my post very carefully. I never claimed that ALL of the votes were valid; I only clarified that the process to make sure they were was not followed. I only said MOST of these votes and wrote an entire paragraph to emphasize the word “most” and that we can’t now know how many.
The thing is that this is not proof that Trump would have won the election in Georgia. The headline made it sound like all of the 315,000 votes were invalid. Given the 2024 election, the vast majority probably were valid. The fraudulent certification, however, allowed vote tampering even after the fact: “Oops! We accidentally failed to start the vote count over at zero! If we had, Biden may not have won after all! We’d better cover this up!” or at least, “Wow. We have no idea who actually won, do we? We’d better cover this up or it will validate the concerns of those right-wing crazies!”
Use the word “OOPS” and all is fine.

In law, there is this thing called spoliation. It means that when you are caught destroying or falsifying evidence, it can be interpreted as the worst possible reason for doing it.
So far as i'm concerned, all shenanigans with the 2020 election were fraud, and all in favor of Biden.
Those are corrupt votes, and every single one of them went to Biden.
They were all illegal. Every single one of them was an illegal vote for Biden.
It is to me.

I never stated you claimed all the votes were valid.
NONE of these votes should have been counted without proper certification.
And Fatti Willis was taking people to court over 2020.
