The report states that the US is now using "its economic and technological strength as a tool of power, even against allies and partners."

Since Donald Trump took office for his second term as president, the United States has threatened, among other things, with trade tariffs and to take over the self-governing Danish territory of Greenland by various means.

More evidence that the EU is more the enemy than an ally.

Programs that they were able to build due our paying their military protection is being threatened. Trump is shifting the European paradigm without use of the clutch.

Not sure what that means but I'm sure the CCP doesn't follow it.

Hmm...I guess the openly stated claims of wanting to take over their land could make it logical for them to say that.

But perhaps they were taking that too seriously...still, that never really made any sense. Would have made more sense to ask them for joint cooperation in using the territory for our interests vs. “taking it over” as was openly stated if they refused to sell.

Yes, we want their cheese and ham and butter cookies.

Greenland, too.

And their chocolate if they make that.

More impudence from these Scandi hobbits, and we will take Greenland and all its Eskimos. To counteract Vlad’s arctic ambitions, that Denmark is oblivious to. We will establish a significant base there, that Denmark is unable to.

When it comes to Russia, Sweden and Norway are thinking militarily and strategically. Unlike Denmark.
