Which, in CaCaLand, is kinda odd. The state issues a drivers license to every illegal that asks for one . Mind, the “home address” is usually a vacant lot. But, that is a quibble.
What is also interesting is that when such criminals are given a state-paid for ID they are also registered to vote — at the same home address, too.
That makes it easy to collect the mailin ballots.

I guess that the gov’mt doesn’t want to take a chance that an illegal that can’t speak English (but drives) might be confused when told to go vote — when their mailin ballot is already on its way to that vacant lot.
