You’ll hear nothing and all of a sudden from what appears as no possibility for peace you’ll get plans slapped on the table, some back a fourth, and a deal is worked out.
Frankly, this should have happened in 2024.
But we had an @hole President that was mostly to blame for this war. They (the Biden administration) lost this war. And rather than face the music they kicked the can down the road.
This disaster is clearly on Biden’s shoulders. But where is the MSM reporting such?
The last true hope for a favorable outcome faded away with the failure of the late 2023 Ukrainian counter offensive.
After that, it was obvious what this war would become. A defensive where Ukraine is trading space for time in a war of attrition that STRONGLY favors Russia.
Interesting, I hadn’t seen that.
If Ukraine is going to win this war, they have to start taking back land. But they just stay on defense. It’s an old maxim that defense loses in war.
I agree with all your points. The worst part for Ukraine is Putin is threatening to end his “Special Military Operation” and actually declare war. War won’t be pretty for Ukraine.
No more stalling. Time for talking is over. Agree to these terms or you are on your own.
France will have none of this idea of peace. They’re wholly committed to WWIII.
