The 28 Point Plan is a STARTING POINT, but they will need to go a lot further towards the Russian position for anything to come of it. One example is the 600,000 military that Ukraine would be permitted to keep. It would STILL be the largest military in Europe (despite Ukraine being only a medium-sized country - about 30M people) and it would tie-up at least half of Russia’s peace-time army...so lots of work needed there.
On to the next scam.

Zel and his cronies should be grateful for any outcome where they aren't jailed or dangling at the end of a rope.

why do you take joy in dead white Christian Russians? I take no more joy in that than i would in dead white Ukrainians. This entire war could have been snuffed out from the start when Russia offered peace and fagggit UK leader and Biden said no - they had too much money to make off of war by throwing young men into the meat grinder.
