A federal court issued a preliminary injunction Tuesday stopping a congressional map enacted this year from being used during the 2026 midterm elections.

U.S. District Judge Jeffrey Brown, who was appointed by President Donald Trump, said the plaintiffs are likely to prove that the new map is racially gerrymandered.

Fed District Court Judges think they are superior to the Executive and Legislature.

Most need to be impeached and removed.

Megalomaniacs.

In the end, the Texas redistricting will stand, and the California gerrymandering will be tossed.

What makes you think so? Unlike Texas, California actually had an election where the citizens voted for it at nearly a 70-30 rate.

A majority of the people cannot simply vote to disenfranchise the underrepresented.

Not being in a voting majority doesn’t make you disenfranchised. You have only to watch the voting rights cases currently at the Supreme Court, since the last vestige of the Voting Rights Act(s) is about to be reversed.
