Paris Hilton doesn’t believe she’s ever gotten a handout.
The famous heiress, 44, sparked backlash for boldly claiming in a new interview with The Sunday Times that she’s rich all on her own.
“I’m self-made. Like, I’ve done this all on my own,” Paris said about her media business, 11:11 Media, that is now valued at $1 billion with 25 employees.

Also recall that she did jail time in CA after a disputed DUI. Back then I wrote a letter to the NY Post in her defense stating she was being made and example of because of her name. She sent me a thank you note. After her difficult life, I'm glad that Paris turned out so well.
She had some help from Neil and Bob.
Considering Paris did not inherit anything for Barron Hilton, she made good use of her other assets

Apparently she was never taught it’s better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt.
She’s blond. Gotta give her some slack for that fact alone. She and paltrow have said some pretty out there things over the years.

People like Paris Hilton are an interesting case. Yes, she got a leg-up because of her name, family and even if she did not get direct financial support, her family wealth helped her. But you don’t build a business without being smart, driven and dedicated. Like Donald Trump. He had his father’s real estate business but took it to a much higher level. There are plenty of examples of this type of person. So she invited backlash by saying she is self-made, she has a lot of qualities that should be admired.
I have never been big on following celebrities. However, around 2005,I was struck by a calling to pray for Paris Hilton. That was strange but quite specific so I obeyed and lift her up on prayer frequently.
A couple of years later, I attended a Youth event that featured a small time Christian band. The lead vocalist began to tell a story between songs. He and several guys were in a restaurant in Austin and Paris Hilton just happened to be there while filming an episode of her series. She and her gaggle of friends began flirting with the handsome boys making rather explicit offers. The guys explained that they were married and Christian and turned down the offers. The celebrities and entourage laughed and mocked them.
On the way out, Paris approached the singer and whispered “please pray for me”. He was touched by her sincere plea.
The singer apologized for getting offtrack with this story and returned to the scheduled program. He said he didn’t know why he had retold it to the small country church group. He just felt moved to share Paris’s prayer request.
She is battling intense warfare with evil.
If she would speak the Truth, many of those involved with sex / human trafficking and worse will be exposed. I believe she may be pivotal to revealing the celebrity elite to the sheeple.
I pray that Paris and I meet in heaven. (We both have some cleaning up before then)
I pray she has courage to face the evil that surrounds her.
I pray she has peace.
Please pray for Paris to be delivered from evil.
I recall reading her Hilton parents were not real wealthy until

Now the whole gang is doing quite well .
I did not know this about her. I never paid much attention to her, figured she was just another pretty celebrity doing what they do. Apparently she had to have had some serious strength to get past that kind of adversity. Reason for the uninvolved bystander to reserve judgment.
The Hilton that married Elizabeth Taylor supposedly would beat her up. Paris was born rich, but so was Prince Harry. Paris became a reality TV superstar, Prince Harry did not.

I’m inclined to feel some degree of sympathy for Harry. Losing your mother at such a young age can’t be easy for a kid.
Paris is truly one of a kind. Where most would be suffering from depression and avoiding the press the rest of their lives from what she put herself through, Paris rose above it all and turned her life into something more public and successful. Her ads for the family business and some online gambling site, are fun to watch. And she started a company that’s now worth over 1 billion... The way America is going, she could be the better of 2 choices for President someday...
Much like when Jennifer Gray was on Dancing With The Stars as the “normal” contestant of the couple and not the professional one.
She had been LITERALLY the star of a movie as a... dancer.
She had a name and she took that name and made it into something... That’s commendable, not condemnable. There are plenty of rich kids who end up spending away whatever inheritance is left rather than making their own way.
She got one leg up because she got onto an MTV reality show because of her family. But there have been close to 10,000 people on MTV reality shows and there is not one other person as famous as Paris Hilton (measured by social media followers) today.
If you can make yourself first out of 10,000 then yes, you are self made.
Without the Hilton name and money, she would be just another trailer trash skank...
