Ketanji did not write one word of the dissent. But that’s because she is not an english professor so she couldn’t.

The Trump policy effectively means that transgender people, even those who have fully transitioned and have medical records to prove it, will not be able to have gender markers that correspond with their identities. No one "transitions" from one sex/gender to another; they are have merely mutilated their bodies. Their identities as male or female are immutable and remain what they were when they were born.

Ambiguous genitalia doesn’t always present the same way; but one or the other usually prevails, and that’s how they’ve traditionally been assigned.
It’s estimated that it only occurs in 1 to 1.7 per cent of the population.

I'm trying to think of what the 'danger' would be. People know the truth just by meeting one of these people. The "danger" is the "perceived" damage. Their mental health is already in tatters. If they "perceive" a slight, they will take more drugs, or scream louder, or both.
The Drive-By Media will egg them on.
