The entitled son of top lawyer has been arrested after he tried to evade police by mowing down two officers with his white Mercedes G-Wagen in Pennsylvania.
Dalton Janiczek, 21, was charged with attempted murder of a law enforcement officer, aggravated assault, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer and was arraigned on Saturday.
The drama unfolded on October 24, when a sergeant attempted to stop Janiczek's car - but the vehicle sped away, driving erratically at a high speed while crossing over a concrete median, police said.
Police tracked the car down to a parking lot near the Doubletree Guest Suites Hotel in Plymouth Township, but before long, Janiczek put the car in reverse and struck the patrol vehicle several times.
An officer jumped out and told Janiczek to stop - but the 21-year-old student allegedly accelerated directly at the officer, attempting to hit him, and the officer discharged his firearm.
Janiczek - who stands at 6'2ft - accelerated the vehicle again, this time striking the officer, causing him to fall. G-Wagens cost up to $186,000.
As the officer attempted to administer a tourniquet to a leg wound, the Mercedes circled back around the lot and struck the officer three more times as he lay on the ground.
The 21-year-old sped off again in his Mercedes, before hitting another parked Plymouth Patrol vehicle head-on and injuring a second officer, police said.
He was finally apprehended. Both injured officers were transported to the hospital, where the first officer underwent emergency surgery. They are in stable conditions.
The suspect lives with his parents, including his high-flying lawyer father Lee Janiczek, at their $1.4 million home in Ambler, Pennsylvania.
His father is a partner at Lewis Brisbois LLC, representing corporations and insurance companies with their liability claims.

I’d say some serious prison time will help him in the long run.
Sounds like he has accelerating mental issues.
Pretty boy in prison with Rich parents what could go wrong laugh out loud
Is that somehow worse than attempted murder of a Citizen? The victim's employer shouldn't matter.
He needs a serious ass whippiing. Like a night stick to his head. Ten bucks he’s a liberal butt munch.
He might be suffering from lead deficiency ...

Wow. He’s lucky the cops didn’t empty a clip in him.
Anyway, a sentence of 10+ years would be appropriate. I wonder if his fancy, connected lawyer father can get that reduced to house arrest.
(Only half-kidding here.)

Do the pearls guarantee that he is gay?

Do the pearls guarantee that he is gay?
Could well be. If he comes from a privileged background and has that sense of inherited and scornful entitlement, being exposed to an environment that doesn’t accept and recognize it might be the only hope.
That said, for what he did, he should be in that environment for 10-15 years minimum. His monetary support will probably still be forthcoming when he gets out.
Pearls?????????.................After Labor Day?????????................how gauche............
He’ll be somebody’s butt buddy in no time.
Why is he wearing a woman’s pearl necklace in one of the photos? Is he a faggot?
Do they come in different sizes?
If the coppers had thoroughly ventilated his ass, I wouldn’t be complaining ...
“Is that somehow worse than attempted murder of a Citizen? “
I’ve noticed that crimes against ordinary citizens generally barely deserve a report. But if something happens to someone in government or the police...BAM! The hammer drops. If you’re a detective with a dozen ordinary person murders on your docket and a cop gets killed, where will you be ordered to put your time? (Come on. Be real.)
As an example of how the political world works, near me is a lightly used country road with a dozen ten-acre homesteads. It wasn’t in bad shape but there were a few issues. A man living on that little used road got elected to the county commission. The road got repaved and a whole lot of water abatement and tree trimming got done. A month ago, they put up solar powered cameras and photograph the license plate of every car that goes down that road in both directions. Was there a lot of crime? Zero because it is so lightly used. Did they put cameras or do repairs in the crappier neighborhoods that really need it? No. As my mother said, “life isn’t fair.”
