Another meeting between President Donald Trump and President Volodymyr Zelensky has reportedly ended with a fiery shouting match—this time behind closed doors.
Trump was pressuring his Ukrainian counterpart to accept Russia’s terms for a ceasefire during an explosive White House meeting on Friday, according to the Financial Times, reportedly telling Zelensky that Russia would “destroy” Ukraine if he didn’t agree.
Multiple sources told the outlet that the meeting—where Zelensky was hoping, but ultimately failed, to secure long-range Tomahawk cruise missiles—quickly descended into a “shouting match” with “cursing all the time.”

Second, Zelensky knows that as soon as he agrees to terms to end the war, it will also end his gravy train. So he has no incentive to make any deals with Putin.
Zelenskyy doesn’t care about his country, he just hates Russia.

Supporting Ukraine has been a mistake from the beginning and continues to be a blind spot for Trump. We need to walk away. Russia is not a serious threat. Our little proxy war against Putin is not benefiting us.
I really hope the Gaza peace deal happens and the Putin and Zelensky war ends. Plus the earlier 6 conflicts recently stopped.
A shame if an honest attempt to stop killings by President Trump ends in a shambles with the schoolyard fistfights escalating again.
I don’t know him but when I saw those references from when he was a comedian put me off to begin with.

Ukraine was and remains an ally.
Our previous administration largely helped cause this disaster.
This was a Biden policy failure, plain and simple. It’s just not framed that way by an extremely Democrat friendly MSM.
We do have an obligation (to some degree), to help Ukraine, but if Ukraine gives us the middle finger, cut them loose.

Ukrainian President Zelensky visited Scranton PA as a guest of the US government on September 22, 2024 and then met with soon to be President Trump on September 27, 2024.
President Zelensky was in Ireland on July 13, 2024.

Yes, I agree with some that the USA "promised" to protect them when they agreed to get rid of their nuclear weapons.
That said, Zelensky is a tool. If we could find and freeze his overseas bank accounts, he might just scurry away. Real men could make a peace, and more thousands need not die
