A staffer at a Massachusetts school died after allegedly being kicked in the chest by a teenage girl.
Amy Morrell, 53, was assaulted by a 14-year-old student at Meadowridge Academy in Swansea on Wednesday evening, authorities said.
The teenager was trying to leave a dorm building without permission when the altercation occurred around 6.55pm, according to the Bristol County District Attorney's Office.
Morrell was trying to restrain the girl, per investigators, only to receive a kick to the chest that proved to be a fatal blow.
The staffer collapsed shortly after she was assaulted.
School staff immediately began CPR and called 911.

If a student wants to leave, let them. No point in taking a knife trying to stop them.
Just write them up and put it on their record.
This is a school for students with mental health issues.
Rope and a tree.
“The school provides ‘comprehensive treatment’ to young adults with mental health issues, behavioral difficulties and complex trauma histories, according to its website.”
She be cray-cray.............
Try as an adult for manslaughter and put the animal away to, potentially, think on what they’ve done.
A knife? I don’t see a knife in this story. Did I miss that?

Thanks, I figured it had something to do with Democrat parents.
That would be the majority of the young folks today..
Too many are stuck in the 1970s conception of what a 14-15 year old “kid” is like.
That’s 8th grade. Some are like 6th graders and some, especially girls, are almost grown. Some are already jaded and hardened.
With girls development breast, pubic hair , first period all have dropped in average age from almost 15 in 1925 to a little over 12 now. No one knows why..lots of theories. Estrogen like compounds from plastics, demographic changes and even one very simple theory just because kids don’t physically play/work much anymore.
The point being a almost 15 year old is often only a kid now in name.
A “teen”—aka a “youth.” Don’t need to look.

Admittedly these are guesses - but:
Teen? = we know.
Kicked in chest by 14 yr old? = victim stomped while lying on the floor after being knocked over backwards.
TBH - nothing in the article to support my guesses
The Work of Social Justice Is Never Done
On psych drugs as usual.
I worked next door to such a school for a number of years.
The principal told the staff in no uncertain terms not to ever stop a “student” who was walking off the campus. Let them go, call the parent and school police. These students were mentally ill, violent, often both.
After a number of extremely vicious fights that took 10 adults or more to break up, I believe the school made taking psychotropic, anti-psychotic drugs a condition of enrollment- the students became flat-faced zombies after that.
Morrell was trying to restrain the girl, per investigators, only to receive a kick to the chest that proved to be a fatal blow.
My guess is that the staffer had no legal right to physically retrain the "student". Did not deserve to die, but that was a dumb move.
As a teacher in a normie school we were told to NEVER break up fights - legally (in my state) all we were required to do was tell the combatants to stop, keep back and call for help.
Last fight I broke up in my younger days the principal called me immediate and yelled at me so loudly I had to hold the phone a foot from my ear. She told me to let ‘em fight, even kill each other - she was worried about ME getting hurt, which would be a far worse problem for the school and school district.
Do I need to ask Yogi?
