Harris went from being a girl toy to a powerful California pol, then enabled to (put into) high office in CA, then pushed to run for President and receive no votes in a totally failed run, to being selected VP for only two reasons, skin color and sex, to being selected as the party candidate for President because the demented President refused to step aside at an earlier date.
In short, she has earned exactly zero and accomplished less.
