What institution or health insurance plan was paying for “Luna’s”/Mr. Robinson’s “girlfriend’s” transition? Just hormones at this point, or surgery? The state of Utah? Out-of-pocket would be doubtful. Then again, it IS possible that “Luna” hasn’t even used hormones, and just dresses as a female.

I would have done the same thing if I were FBI. It’s only 2nd day since the shooting. The person was telling us important things related to it, why creating a disruption by announcing everything to the public while he was still telling all the details?

The messages engraved on the 30-06 casing would likely make this a hate crime under the current federal statutes.

As far as I can tell Robinson is only being charged under Utah state law at present. The FBI's participation is currently investigatory as best I can discern. Whether the FBI is there under federal authority or merely was invited to assist by state authorities I do not know.
