He can claim that, but hopefully, the DOJ has evidence of his incompetence and corruption, and can prove it.
Any dem has real chutzpah to throw around accusations of dementia after gaslighting people for four years about Bidens fitness. Even if you accept that they believed it (obviously a stupid assumption) then at best they are the worst judges of mental fitness in the world.
