I was wondering about fingerprints on the documents, which would mean that the bag and its contents would need to be handled very carefully in order to gain a conviction.

I wonder how long these burn bags have been sitting. Typically, we destroyed our burn bags pretty frequently. Maybe these were “set aside” by someone to preserve them, or forgotten in the chaos after the election.
