Why isn’t FNC talking about the woman in handcuffs being hustled down the street by three cops and followed by 10-15 other cops?
My guess is she has some connection to the shooter. Maybe she broke up with the shooter and the shooter possibly looking for her new boyfriend.

His name is Shane Tamura (per HT) and he played football for Granada Hills High School in CA (he is 27, so about 10 years ago). Tamura is a Japanese surname.
