Revenge or Justice?

Tulsi Gabbard’s doc dump revives a damning question: Did Obama’s intel chiefs knowingly push the Russia hoax to cripple Trump before he even took office?

Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard just released a trove of apparently once-classified documents—with promises of much more to follow.

The new material describes the role of the Obama administration’s intelligence and investigatory directors—purportedly along with President Obama himself—in undermining the 2016 Trump presidential campaign. In addition, their efforts extended to sabotaging the 2016-2017 presidential transition and, by extension, the first three years of the Trump presidency.

The released documents add some new details to what over the last decade has become accepted knowledge.

Congressional committees, special prosecutors, and the inspectors general had all previously issued reports that largely confirmed the general outlines of the skullduggery that began in 2015-16.

Hillary Clinton’s campaign, later aided by the top echelon of the FBI, CIA, and the Director of National Intelligence, sought—falsely—to seed a narrative that Trump had colluded directly with Russia to win unfairly the 2016 election.

When that campaign gambit failed to alter the 2016 results, the Obama administration doubled down during the transition to undermine the incoming Trump presidency.

Next, Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s “all-star” legal team found no evidence of direct Trump-Putin collusion to hijack the election. But his investigation did sabotage 22 months of Trump’s first term, marked by constant leaks and hysterical rumors that Trump was soon to be convicted and jailed as a “Russian asset.”

By 2020, the frustrated intelligence agencies and former “authorities” now absurdly further lied that Hunter Biden’s incriminating laptop had “all the earmarks”—once again—of Russian interference.

So, what could be new about Gabbard’s latest release?

One, after the 2016 election of Donald Trump but before his inauguration, Obama convened a strange meeting with his outgoing intelligence

Democrat counter-argument — “Yeah, but, I mean, he did collude with Russia.”

I’d like to know what these traitors have to say about all of this. I’m sure The View will give them air time

"But his (Mueller) investigation did sabotage 22 months of Trump’s first term, marked by constant leaks and hysterical rumors that Trump was soon to be convicted and jailed as a “Russian asset.” "

Revenge?

I don't really blame Mueller for taking the appointment. Somebody else would have. The leaks were atrocious, but S.O.P. for the lefties.

Who I really think deserves revenge (or "justice" if you are squeamish or prone to use weasel words) is this S.O.B.

The lies he told, on the floor of congress, and in front of microphones, supposedly protected by that, to call Trump a criminal when he KNEW that he wasn't, for four+ years, was more than egregious.

It was more than just defamation. It was more than just attacking someone's character with lies. It really was an attack on democracy.

This astounding revelation was declassified and made public by Tulsi Gabbard:
<><> found in a Sept 18, 2020, House Intel Committee report
<><>reviewed Russia’s influence on the 2016 Trump/Clinton contest
<><>Russian intel obtained damaging information about Clinton’s health
<><>including evidence that she had “psycho-emotional problems”
<><>that she was being treated with severe sedatives
<><>that Clinton’s issues were “uncontrolled fits of anger, aggression,”
<><>that her chronic cheerfulness was a “psycho-emotional problem,”
<><>but Putin chose not to release it b/c power-mad Hillary had rigged the election
<><>Putin thought sure the Democrat would win.

Makes the statement “51 intel agencies say laptop from hell wad Russian disinformation “. What was the big leap? They were already Obama assets, bought and paid for.

“Obama, Brennan, Clapper, Comey, and others will likely never face legal consequences for the damage they’ve done to our institutions and foreign policy.”

Why not? They fully intended to lock Trump away for life. They ALL indignantly insisted, in lockstep with each other, that “no one is above the law”. Well, I agree. Lock them up or we have no legitimacy as leaders on the world stage. Early morning raids, perp walks, orange jump suits, the works. All at once. It has to be or we stand for nothing.

Obama, Brennan, Clapper, Comey, and others will likely never face legal consequences for the damage they’ve done to our institutions and foreign policy. But that does not mean they should be exempt from an ongoing and disinterested effort to find and finally expose the whole truth.

IMHO this is an achievable goal. It's a bit much to expect Obama to wind up in prison. But it'd be good to see him lose a lot of his wealth in legal fees fighting it like Trump had to do. The differences being that Trump wasn't guilty and Trump still has wealth and respect.

What I don’t understand is how the Obama administration or Jill, erm, the Biden administration didn’t shred these docs.

This is the same slime from which BleachBit Hillary emanates.

Something is off.

Oh...okay..so that’s why Tulsi is spilling that tea about Hillary.

Supposedly Trump-loving Putin sat on that info to avoid displeasing Hillary.

Even so, nice unexpected jab to Hillary’s ribs by Tulsi.

“Earmarks”...LOL

“Hallmarks” was clearly meant but the probably 24-year-old diversity hire author was in a rush before the presidential debate, and none of the “51” probably bothered to read what was being attributed to them anyway.

The charge of treason requires the use of force, and it’s the only crime here without a statute of limitations.

That said, if Tulsi’s document release shows that key intel agencies like the CIA, FBI, or ODNI withheld material evidence from Congress, prosecutors, or the public—whether to protect the original perpetrators or to preserve a false narrative—then that concealment can legally toll the statute of limitations (i.e., suspend the clock until the evidence was discoverable).

The law doesn’t require the original wrongdoers (e.g., Brennan or Comey) to be the ones who hid the evidence. If anyone inside the system—agency lawyers, classification officers, or senior bureaucrats—intentionally delayed disclosure of facts necessary to uncover potential crimes, the prosecution clock may not have even started ticking until now.

This makes Gabbard’s document dump not just politically significant—but legally potent. It could reopen the door to criminal accountability that many assumed was long expired.

Libe4als scream about “revenge” but it is the liberals whose whole agenda is based on revenge for all gore losing, for Clinton being impeached, for Clinton losing to Trump, and for the birth certificate issue with Obama. They were passed when gore lost, and vowed revenge, and passed when the other things took place too. The gloves came off then, and the left got very violent and very nasty.

They were intact almost as passed as when the Republicans took away their slaves.

Every federal rulING agaisnt pres trump on issues like Abu Garcia, the human smuggler, has been nothing g but revenge agaisnt Trump. All the court ruling b a ring Trump from carrying out established law also revenge. The left really really want their slaves back!

Tulsi needs to end each press conference with this. In the end no one is above the law.
