Any magnet that can pull a full-sized oxygen cylinder across the room should be treated respectfully.

I assume this sentence isn't correct:

"Upon arrival, officers were informed that a male, 61, entered an unauthorized Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) room while the scan was in progress," the release stated. He was not authorized to enter the MRI room. The way it reads sounds like the MRI was unauthorized to be in that room.

I think the guy was unauthorized, not the MRI room. There are no copy editors now.

“a male, 61, entered an unauthorized Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) room”

So, apparently HE was authorized but the room housing the MRI was not?
WTF?

Journalistas.

FAFO

There were plenty of warning signs: Do not enter.

FAFO, buddy. FAFO.

I had no idea those MRI magnets were that strong. I saw that headline and could not square it with any reference.

I had one once, and the nurse asked me in a normal tone of voice if I had removed all metal. Should she not have been hysterical?

That could be a great movie for Rick Moranis, if he’s still alive.

He’d be Seymour, a mild-mannered hospital technician who’s trying to protect his man-eating MRI machine from the authorities.

Can we say for sure that Donald Trump isn’t responsible?

His uncle invented a lot of hospital technology.

Humans will find ways to hurt themselves no matter what you do.

You make something idiot proof and they build a bigger idiot.

To those who think I am being mean, build a bridge and get over it. You know I am right.

unauthorized MRI ? Rogue MRI ? Are the MRI’s rising up ?

Those machines are huge and probably expensive too. I can’t imagine a fly by night mri shop. Chuck’s Cut Rate MRI and Tire .

I suspect the deceased was not authorized to enter the mri room.

So, no one has the wherewithal to shut down the machine? Did he get pulled into the tube and choked to death by the chain around his neck? And nobody heard it or saw it?
