Interesting to see terrorist sympathizer Maher Bitar’s name on the participants list of this NSC meeting [December 9, 2016 in Obama's White House Situation Room] where the Russia Hoax conspirators hatched their plan.
Shortly after this PC [Principals Committee meeting of the National Security Council], Bitar would leave the executive branch to go work on HPSCI [House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence] for disgraced former Congressman Schiff.
It would appear that through Bitar, Obama was able to continue, after his term ended, his illegal attempts to take down @realDonaldTrump

New Evidence of Obama Administration Conspiracy to Subvert President Trump’s 2016 Victory and Presidency
WASHINGTON, D.C. – On Friday, Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Tulsi Gabbard revealed overwhelming evidence that demonstrates how, after President Trump won the 2016 election against Hillary Clinton, President Obama and his national security cabinet members manufactured and politicized intelligence to lay the groundwork for what was essentially a years-long coup against President Trump.
In the months leading up to the November 2016 election, the Intelligence Community (IC) consistently assessed that Russia is “probably not trying … to influence the election by using cyber means.”
On December 7, 2016, after the election, talking points were prepared for DNI James Clapper stating, “Foreign adversaries did not use cyberattacks on election infrastructure to alter the US Presidential election outcome.”
On December 9, 2016, President Obama’s White House gathered top National Security Council Principals for a meeting that included James Clapper, John Brennan, Susan Rice, John Kerry, Loretta Lynch, Andrew McCabe and others, to discuss Russia.
After the meeting, DNI Clapper’s Executive Assistant sent an email to IC leaders tasking them with creating a new IC assessment “per the President’s request” that details the “tools Moscow used and actions it took to influence the 2016 election.” It went on to say, “ODNI will lead this effort with participation from CIA, FBI, NSA, and DHS.”
Obama officials leaked false statements to media outlets, including The Washington Post, claiming, “Russia has attempted through cyber means to interfere in, if not actively influence, the outcome of an election.”
On January 6, 2017, a new Intelligence Community Assessment was released that directly contradicted the IC assessments that were made throughout the previous six months.
After months of investigation into this matter, the facts reveal this new assessment was based on information that was known by those involved to be manufactured i.e. the Steele Dossier or deemed as not credible. This was politicized intelligence that was used as the basis for countless smears seeking to delegitimize President Trump’s victory, the years-long Mueller investigation, two Congressional impeachments, high level officials being investigated, arrested, and thrown in jail, heightened US-Russia tensions, and more.
“The issue I am raising is not a partisan issue. It is one that concerns every American. The information we are releasing today clearly shows there was a treasonous conspiracy in 2016 committed by officials at the highest level of our government. Their goal was to subvert the will of the American people and enact what was essentially a years-long coup with the objective of trying to usurp the President from fulfilling the mandate bestowed upon him by the American people,” said DNI Tulsi Gabbard. “Their egregious abuse of power and blatant rejection of our Constitution threatens the very foundation and integrity of our democratic republic. No matter how powerful, every person involved in this conspiracy must be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, to ensure nothing like this ever happens again. The American people’s faith and trust in our democratic republic and therefore the future of our nation depends on it. As such, I am providing all documents to the Department of Justice to deliver the accountability that President Trump, his family, and the American people deserve.”

Looks like Tulsi’s been busy and not wasting time with media interviews like some others have been doing. Now I’d like to see her go back to 2012, gather evidence for the DoJ and nail Hillary and Susan Rice over Benghazi.

A couple of points, if what Tulsi is saying is true, and I have no reason to believe it is not true, obviously all those attending the meeting were engaging in treason, it was nothing less than a coup attempt.
The also indirectly shows how unbelievably terrible Hillary Clinton was, she lost to a first-time political candidate, despite all the money and media advantages and the IC doing everything short of assassination to rig the election and she still couldn’t win.

I checked Obama’s official schedule for Dec. 9 2016 and it only shows his Daily Briefing in the morning and nothing after that. His name is not on the list of participants shown above, so I’m unclear about his presence at the meeting. He could have been there, or could have instigated the meeting.
Biden was in Canada meeting with Trudeau in Ottawa on that day.
I seem to recall another meeting around that time relevant to the Russia Hoax that Obama and Biden attended.
We have known about this memo for years, but have not understood the oblique reference to "following a briefing by IC leadership on Russian hacking during the 2016 Presidential election" until now.
This memo has been held up as evidence of collusion between Comey, Rice, and Obama, and it's quoting Obama saying he wants everything "done by the book" as an attemot to insulate Obama and Rice from future investigations.
OK. Now we know, thanks to Tulsi Gabbard, the date of the "briefing", and we know where it happened and who attended it.
And now we understand what drove Rice to foolishly document the supposed January 5 meeting with Obama, Comey, and herself.
It was fifteen minutes past noon, 1/20/2017. Her computer was about to be turned off. Whatever plan was hatched at the December 9 meeting had failed. Trump was the President. The "Principals Committee" was dissolved. No more two hour long group meetings in the White House Situation Room. From now on, communications among the conspirators would be much more difficult, fraught with danger in fact. WHAT IF MIKE FLYNN FINDS OUT?
But, this Susan Rice memo includes only Obama, Comey, and herself. THAT'S IT!
Their boy Comey, who was sitting all the way at the end of the table on December 9, 2016, probably running out to get coffee for all the important people - TRUMP IS KEEPING HIM! He now becomes the most important person in the world, in "Destroy Trump World", anyway. Only Comey can work from the inside. Make sure he's got the comms linked to the NEW "Situation Room" at 2446 Belmont Road NW - and have the boys from McLean finished hooking up the secure T2 line to the house?
Wait, what? He's sending Pompeo to CIA? Get our boy Mike one of the secure phones!
This is glorious! What other meetings were held between December 9, 2016 and January 5, 2017? Who was invited? Was Pence there? Who set up Sessions with Kislyak? Did Kislyak call Flynn first?
Who was Kislyak working for? Was there really a three-way Rice-Comey-Obama meeting on January 5, 2017 or did Rice panic and make it up to protect Obama, wrongly thinking that her quoting him wanting everything done "by the book" in the transition would protect him (and her) from what was coming, what ANY incoming administration (except Trump 1.0, as we now know) would investigate and act on?
DNI Gabbard should get better security, if she hasn't already. Trump needs to watch, or re-watch, "Seven Days in May".
The conspirators are still in touch with each other. Anyone who got a third or fourth star under Obama (or, I suppose, Biden) is dangerous under these conditions.
