Well, we both may be old, but we're not “out” of it if we're asking questions.
Grok is the artificial intelligence available through X. It does amazing research, is way better than a google search, and is fairly interactive. A few times I've posed a comparative question to it such as “How is an American box turtle like a cold agglutinin disease patient?” It came back with several ideas and points which I then incorporated into a column I wrote. Mostly I use it to check my grammar and spelling and to insure my articles make sense.
As rightly pointed out, Grok isn't always correct and we need to always double check it.

What is a Grok?"Grok" is one of a whole family/group of Artificial Intelligence based reference systems. Ask it a question and you get a (presumably) perfect answer.
MHO Grok and all its friends are little more than Search Engines (like Google for example) on steroids and with massive promotional advertising campaigns.
Ask Grok an OBJECTIVE question, you're going to get a pretty good answer. Throw it anything SUBJECTIVE and you get a violation of my personal First Law of Computing: NEVER LET THAT BOX DO YOUR THINKING FOR YOU along with whatever personal opinion the guy(s) wrote the control program might have today.
Guess that's about my ration of sarcasm for today.....
